If you like to keep up to date with the news, local, national and international, you will find a warm welcome at the Current Affairs Group. We meet on alternate Tuesday mornings from 11:00am to 12:30pm at The Hub”.
A couple of days before the fortnightly meetings, we email a list of current topics to discuss. Members of the Group are encouraged to bring up additional topics of interest which vary widely from one meeting to the next. Some discussions are a bit controversial and we hear a variety of views expressed in a friendly, respectful manner.
