The Group
The group, as you would expect, is a mix of abilities and we take care to pair people to ensure everyone gets a good game.
To join the group, you need to have played before and have a reasonable level of fitness. You will need to bring your own racquet but I will supply the shuttles.
I am really looking forward to leading badminton and to welcoming new members.
The Leader
I have played badminton socially for many years with family and friends. I joined the U3A badminton group in 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed our Wednesday afternoon sessions. We are a friendly group who enjoy a laugh and a joke together as well as being reasonably competitive.
