Start date being set up but probably 26th Oct. Limited to 24 at a time. The first session will be in the form of a taster,  to establish the level of ability within the group, and will provide a better understanding of good technique when using weights etc. Please bring along your own weights, mat, water, comfortable clothing and supportive trainer -type footwear.
£1 per session First meeting is for ALL who applied.
